Mindpeak Breast HER2 is an AI-powered application for automated HER2 immunohistochemistry analysis of invasive breast carcinoma whole slide images in research workflows. The algorithm detects invasive tumor, excludes DCIS, and classifies every tumor cell by HER2 staining pattern across the entire slide—no region drawing and no manual counting. It returns HER2 scores with full cell-level detail, supporting fast and reproducible assessment across the HER2-low and HER2-ultralow range.

A HER2-stained invasive breast carcinoma whole slide image is opened and analysis starts automatically—no region is drawn and no cells are counted by hand. Within seconds, the invasive tumor area is segmented, DCIS is excluded, and every tumor cell is classified by its HER2 membrane staining pattern and rendered as a colored marker over the tissue. The video shows the resulting HER2 score alongside the cell counts that produced it, then demonstrates the review tools: zooming to cell level, toggling an individual classification, and watching the score recalculate.
