RNAscope Capabilities on BOND RX

RNAscope Single Plex

RNAscope 2.5 LS and LSx, Red and Brown assays are automated solutions that enable customers to achieve high-throughput detection of RNA targets using the BOND RX research staining platform. With both protease and protease-free workflow options, these assays enable the seamless integration of RNA ISH and downstream IHC protein detection for a high-throughput multiomic assay.

RNAscope Duplex

The RNAscope 2.5 LS Duplex assay enables the simultaneous detection of two RNA targets for co-localization studies. Visualize a secreted ligand and its receptor, or profile gene expression in a specific cell type expressing a known marker, such as a stem cell marker.

RNAscope Multiomic LS

The RNAscope Multiomic LS assay enables highly sensitive and specific detection of both RNA and proteins in the same tissue section for a true multiomic spatial assay. Proven RNAscope technology is leveraged along with a protease-free workflow to enable the simultaneous detection of up to six total proteins and RNA targets with single-cell resolution. Available RNAscope primary antibodies against common targets and RNAscope secondary antibodies used with one’s own primaries can be combined with RNAscope probes to quickly build a custom multiomic assay.

The ProximityScope assay is designed to reveal functional protein-protein interactions within intact tissues, delivering a spatial solution to explore how molecular signaling shapes disease processes.
