The Brightfield Toolbox provides researchers with a range of image analysis tools to perform quantitative analysis on tissue, which has been digitized on a brightfield scanner or captured on a traditional microscope. All of the analysis tools can be performed across entire eSlides, regions of interest or TMAs. From low throughput users requiring a single algorithm, to enterprise level, high-throughput environments, at Leica Biosystems, we can tailor an image analysis package, with the appropriate algorithms, to your specifications.

Enables the quantification of area and intensity of staining within eSlides. Utilizing Image Analysis tools such as color deconvolution and colocalization it is possible to quantify multiple markers within a single tissue section.
