Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm – Simple, Accurate Color Measurement
The Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm quantifies the amount of a specific stain present in a scanned slide image, based on user specification of color. Number and intensity of pixels that fall within the parameters will be quantified, and these can be classified into intensity ranges as defined by the user.
User friendly analysis
Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm offers an easy-to-use workflow for tissue image analysis, with straightforward inputs, and key outputs presented in a clear, concise manner.
Analyze the right tissue
With the Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm, you can select regions of interest or whole slides for analysis, including batch analysis of annotated areas or entire tissue samples.
Precise color measurement
Define Hue, Saturation and Intensity (HSI) values for your stain, providing an in-depth and accurate measurement of tissue staining strength and color.
Solutions for your research
