Application & Interview Process

There is a growing demand to improve diagnostic confidence & help improve patient care.

We are seeking people with the talent, knowledge, motivation and drive to deliver results that advance cancer diagnostics by improving the application process.

You can search for current job opportunities based on keyword search terms, job type, business units or location. Once you’ve found a position that matches your qualifications, skills and experience, you will be asked to upload or copy and paste a resume/CV and set up an account with us, or log into an account you previously created.


Application & Interview Process

Step 1 Submit Interest: We will accept your submission for open positions listed on our website or general submission for future opportunities.

Step 2 Submission Review: Your submission will be carefully reviewed, focusing on your qualifications and skills. Unfortunately, we are not able to personally reach out to every one of you who applies with us.

Step 3 Interviews: If your qualifications and skills match our needs, you will be contacted directly by phone or e-mail for a phone screening interview; this is for us to learn more about you and for you to learn about Leica Biosystems. If you are selected to continue in the process, further phone and/or in person interviews will be scheduled allowing you to possibly meet several members from our team.

Step 4 Assessment: As candidates move through the interview process, you will be asked to complete an assessment. Some positions may also require a case study or presentation.

Step 5 Off to Join Our Team: Candidates who demonstrate the strong skills and qualifications for the position, as well as the characteristics that complement our culture, will be offered an opportunity to join our team!
