Aperio FL - Immunofluorescence Slide Scanner

Multiplexing, Immunofluorescence Slide Scanner

The Aperio FL whole slide digital pathology scanning system enables multi-channel scanning of fluorescently labeled slides, helping researches get more from their samples.

Patented line-scanning technology, coupled with advanced image analysis options enables researchers to maximize the output from studies, providing permanent electronic copies of fluorescent slides, which never bleach or fade.

Features

  • Advanced illumination, exposure, and autofocus capabilities eliminate the need for trial-and-error scanning.
  • Eliminates concerns about fluorochrome fading on the glass slides over time. Maintains spatial resolution of 20X-40X.
  • Can be applied to whole tissue sections or Regions of Interest (ROIs). Less bias than with user defined ROI Selection
  • Highly reliable autoloader with 400-slide capacity.
  • Smaller file size and faster scanning with skip blank striped technology.

Multi-channel Capture

With the monochrome camera and quad multi-band pass filter set provided with the system, up to four color channels can be utilized. In addition, the six-position filter cube turret and excitation filter wheel allow for even greater flexibility, to match your sample needs.

Fadeless Fluorescence

High-resolution multi-channel digital pathology images can be archived permanently, eliminating concerns about fluorochrome fading on the glass slides.

Easy to Use

Advanced illumination, auto-exposure, and autofocus capabilities eliminate the need for trial-and-error image capture, greatly minimizing the occurrence of photobleaching.

Tissue Microarrays

Whether working with whole tissue samples or tissue microarrays, the Aperio FL slide scanner improves reproducibility and standardization in fluorescence research with crisp, high-quality, multi-channel whole slide images.
