Processing multiple specimen and performing serial cuts can result in high section numbers. Nevertheless, reproducibility can't be compromised. The low working height and available knee space of the Leica CM3050 S cryostat allow the user to work comfortably while sitting. Motorized drive and section counter improve productivity for multiple serial sections.
