Aperio Cellular IF Algorithm – Quantitative Cellular Immunofluorescence Analysis
The Aperio Cellular IF Algorithm enables fast, accurate measurement and colocalization of up to 7 fluorescence channels, plus counterstain. It will distinguish between fluorphores localized within membrane, nuclear and/or cytoplasmic cellular compartments, in digital pathology whole slide tissue images. Retrieve objective, reproducible data from multiplex-stained tissue, which is challenging to quantitate by eye.

Understand complex staining patterns
Quantify the expression and colocalization of up to 7 fluorescence channels in membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm. Define up to 10 scoring classes based on intensity and area of each biomarker of interest across cellular compartments, allowing you to examine multiplex staining in depth for greater understanding of biomarker interactions.
Clear, comprehensive results
Results are returned per analysis region, plus averaged over all analyzed areas, along with visual mark-up showing which cells fall into each class or into multiple classes. Do a deep dive on the data with per-cell results and the ability to update cell results manually if required.
