Anti-Fluorescein Antibody BOND

In situ hybridization (ISH) allows the detection and visualization of specific nucleic acid sequences in tissue sections. ISH probes used for the detection of mRNA on BOND contain a fluorescein label.
BOND Anti-Fluorescein Antibody is intended for use with fluorescein-labeled oligonucleotide ISH probes bound to messenger RNA (mRNA) in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue by in situ hybridization (ISH) using the automated BOND system.
The BOND Anti-Fluorescein Antibody allows linking of the oligonucleotide probe with the detection reagents, and consequently, visualization of a chromogenic product by light microscopy.
