Leica RemoteCare Diagnostic Support increases instrument uptime and productivity
Life time costs as well as equipment uptime are critical aspects of instrument performance. Leica RemoteCare allows Leica Microsystems to remotely monitor, access and repair products in use at customer sites.
RemoteCare is currently available for the Leica TCS SP5 laser scanning microscope, the Leica ASP tissue processors, Leica PELORIS and the Leica CM3600 XP cryomacrotome. The system will be implemented in all new complex instruments.
Preventing Critical Failures
By monitoring Leica systems proactively, we are able to detect parameter deviations before problems occur and thereby prevent instrument downtime.
The RemoteAlarm feature uses Email and SMS to inform the user as well as Technical Service of any instrument issues.
