Pathology Leaders – Guidelines for Authors
We welcome contributions to Pathology Leaders. Here you will find some information on how to write and submit articles.
What is Pathology Leaders?
Pathology Leaders offers scientific content, practical applications knowledge and online teaching material relating histology.
The website features scientific articles on techniques, applications and areas of research. The content supports beginners, experienced practitioners and scientists in their everyday work. We invite contributions from experts in the theory and practice of histology and are particularly interested in publishing articles that will help improve the overall understanding of histology.
Each article should be around 1500 to 2000 words long. It should be written in a clear, narrative style and aimed at a readership that is scientifically qualified, although not necessarily familiar with the exact subject. Sub-headings should be added to break up the article in appropriate paragraphs. Articles should be submitted as Word files.
While we reserve the right to edit any article, every effort will be made to ensure that the sense and overall character of the article remain intact. Overt promotional references to particular companies or products, unless essential to the context, will be removed.
All files should be submitted to: email@example.com
Up to ten keywords can be added. They should reflect the main content items regarding methods and fields of applications mentioned in the text.
We encourage referencing of sources with a direct relevance to the text. References must be numbered sequentially as they appear in the text and then listed at the end of the article. We prefer references be entered using the Vancouver Style.
Appropriate figures, tables, photographs or illustrations should be provided for each article along with descriptive captions. The images should be submitted as JPG, TIF, GIF or EPS files at the highest resolution you have available.
