From translational research through preclinical studies and clinical trials, our Precision Image Analysis Tools provide straightforward, quantifiable answers to complex biological questions.

Area Quantification Brightfield
Module includes brightfield color deconvolution and colocalization tools. Separate multiple stains in brightfield whole slide images. Once separated, intensity, stain area, and colocalization of each stain is calculated. Available as an add-on module and is includeed in the Aperio brightfield toolbox.
Area Quantification Fluorescence
Module includes Fluorescent area quantification and colocalization tool. Quantify intensity, area, and colocalization of up to three dyes in images captured on the ScanScope FL. Available as an add-on module to the Precision platform and is included in the Aperio fluorescent toolbox.

Whole Cell Quantification
Includes nuclear, membrane, and cytoplasmic analysis tools. Count stained cells or nuclei and measure stain intensity within nuclei, membranes, or cytoplasm. Available as an add-on module to the Precision platform and is included in the Aperio brightfield toolbox.
Includes Microvessel analysis and rare event detection. Measure Microvessel density (MVD), vessel area, vessel perimeter, and measure lumen. Find rare stained cells on a slide, locate objects using x-y coordinates on slide, sort by size or intensity. Tools available add-ons to the Precision platform and is included in the Aperio brightfield toolbox.
Includes Genie™ pattern recognition tool. Based on examples provided by the pathologist or scientist, Genie™ separates tissues into tissue classes and quantifies percentage of total area for each class. Analysis can be performed on one or more classes using any of the other tools described above. Genie™ can be used with both brightfield and fluorescent eSlides and is included in both the Aperio brightfield and fluorescent toolboxes.
Segment individual tissue microarray (TMA) spots automatically using our innovative TMALab™ module, associate cores with specimen information in eSlide Manager, and perform analysis on individual spots or all spots on an eSlide. TMALab works with both brightfield and fluorescent eSlides and is available as an add-on module to the Precision platform. To view more applications for this tool, click here.
