Increase throughput and reduce errors in tissue microarray (TMA) based translational research. TMAs facilitate rapid biomarker identification and discovery across multiple samples on a single slide. This high-throughput process generates vast amounts of data, which require specialist solutions for efficient and effective management. Segment individual TMA spots automatically using our innovative TMALab module, associate cores with specimen information in Aperio eSlide Manager, and perform analysis on individual spots or all spots on a slide. TMALab works with both brightfield and fluorescent slides, facilitating either manual or automated analysis of TMA spots.

Automatic TMA dearraying

Aperio TMALab automatically dearrays the slides and associates each core with the appropriate map, thereby removing human error frequently observed with microscopic review of TMA cores.

View your TMA spot by spot

After a TMA is associated with a TMA digital slide, individual spots can be viewed using Aperio ImageScope. Multiple spots can be viewed simultaneously for comparison at different magnification levels.

Score visually with ease

Aperio TMALab facilitates the manual interpretation of TMA cores by a reviewer. Cores are presented to the reviewer, data can be entered manually and results are stored in the database.

Integration with automated analysis

Using Aperio Image Analysis algorithms it is possible to perform automated batch analysis across individual cores or an entire batch of TMA slides.
