The Fluorescent Toolbox enables the evaluation of fluorescent markers across whole slides, fields of view or TMAs. Utilizing the algorithms within the Fluorescent Toolbox it is possible to evaluate the expression levels and correlation between multiple markers in a semi-quantitative or quantitative nature. Analysis packages range from individual algorithms to the complete Toolbox containing the analytics outlined below.
