Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm – Simple, Accurate Color Measurement

Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm

The Aperio Positive Pixel Count Algorithm quantifies the amount of a specific stain present in a scanned slide image, based on user specification of color. Number and intensity of pixels that fall within the parameters will be quantified, and these can be classified into intensity ranges as defined by the user.
